To check if your computer is set up to use our courses, try Update My PC. It takes just a few minutes to run and up to 15 minutes to update your computer. If you get error messages about Adobe Flash Player, Authorware or Pop-up Blockers, running Update My PC usually sorts it out.
If you’re using Internet Explorer 9 and you’re having problems loading your course, you may need to change your settings:
In your menu bar, click on Tools
From the drop-down menu select Compatibility View Settings
In the field under Add this website: type learndirect.co.uk and click Add
You now need to close Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
Remember, we don’t currently support Google Chrome so use IE7, IE8, IE9 or Firefox v3/v4 to get the best out of our courses.
